Netball will become the Main Sport for girls starting in the Spring Term of 2027, marking an exciting chapter in ɬ’s Sports Programme. The sport will also be offered as an activity throughout the week, giving pupils ample opportunities to play and grow throughout the year.  

Pupils will take advantage of our extensive facilities, with training either taking place at Hope Courts, which are scheduled for refurbishment, and the Sports Hall – both providing an ideal setting for skill development. 

Despite the sport having only recently been reintroduced to ɬ, the 1st Team Squad have already achieved impressive success, coming second in the Bowl competition of the Scottish Schools Cup.

  • A wide-ranging and competitive fixture list, including entry into the Scottish Schools Cup at U15 and U18 level, providing valuable opportunities for high-level competition.  
  • Clear player pathways from Junior Teams to First Team squads, ensuring long-term development and drive.  
  • Opportunities to develop leadership skills through captaincy.
